A Glimpse
My wonderful and much adored niece, Alloicious with my wonderful and much adored father :)
I'll mention the "old lady" in the background below ;)
My fabulous mother and the matriarch of our family, Gma Lolo. Don't ask about that bandage on her arm...she doesn't want to be pictured on my blog because of it I'm sure. Good thing, "the whole world" doesn't read about the Monkey's doings! Let us just say, grandma is fine and healing up really well - no infection or complications :)
Loader and sand and almost five.
The brothers imagining together. What are people's thoughts on the life jackets? Am I a paranoid mother? I just was too lazy to sit down at the water side with them, so...
Alloicious and Dimple.
Perhaps on of my favorite moments. Dimple and Gma Lolo watching John Deere tractor show together.
I think this was the end of the tractor show.
And these are the pirates on their ship. It should be obvious from their swim suits and life jacket and fearsome demeanor. My boys are good pirates, though, so don't be afraid of them. They are like the Robin Hood of the high seas.
This terribly messy goo Faraway Grandma brought.
Dimple enjoying the slide at the pool.
A great picture of her! So glad my family came to stay a few days. I wished I had more time to spend 1:1 with Al, but that is exactly what I thought last year when sister Sari came to stay. I miss my nieces most of all living so far away. I feel a big gap from losing that closeness we once had. They are special treasures to me. Next year Ms. Mol comes so I can look forward to that visit. And on the missing family note, I have to add that I feel sorely not being involved in my younger niece and nephews lives. They were so little when I left, I didn't get to try and persuade them that I am the best auntie in the world. End of pity party. For now!
