Much better than last year, the weather cooperated for the nursery school wind up this year! What a perfect day without a cloud in the sky.
Chirpee finished up his preschool career yesterday and today there was a party complete with
games, face painting, snacks and crafts!
Chirpee got a bunny face, but said he was a tiger. He went on to explain how bunnies don't have near as many teeth as his tiger does (as he points not only the ones drawn on his chin, but the ones in his mouth as well). And with a "Roar!!!!" how could I argue?
Some have heard of tiger mom, but this is tiger bunny. He is far cuter and more gracious than tiger mom!
Here is little stinker, Dimple. He was thrilled to be able to join in the festivities with the biggers.
This was a game. They are attempting to carry bean bags between their legs and walk to the end point.
The end of the treasure hunt was a large treasure chest, but Chirpee was contented with this large box of sidewalk chalk. His brother proceeded to join him on the pathway to the "old" elementary school.
Dimple got a little tractor on his cheek. He sat very still for the young woman painting - I was really impressed. Maybe I should have got her to cut his hair while she was at it!
I am very happy that my big boy is bigger - and contented that we will be doing homeschool for kindergarten. I really can't imagine sending him off to school this year anyway!
